- Day 1 - We break up our journey with an overnight stay in Belgium.
- Day 2 - We travel to Germany's capital Berlin, and stay a night. An optional evening sightseeing tour sees all the major sights in Berlin's historical centre, including the Berlin Cathedral, Brandenburg Gate and Berlin Wall. B
- Day 3 - To Warsaw in Poland for a two-night stay. B,D
- Day 4 - Warsaw Sightseeing (included). Our tour of this cultural capital includes the 'Royal Route' with its aristocratic residences, the Old Town, the Ghetto Memorial and the Belvedere Palace. Our local guide will provide an informative commentary, revealing many of the stories behind the often-tragic history of this fascinating city that was all but destroyed during WW2. B,D
- Day 5 - We enjoy a lunch break in Brest on our way to Minsk for an overnight stay. B,L,D
- Day 6 - Lunch in Smolensk, then continue to Moscow, Russia, for a two-night stay. B,L,D
- Day 7 - Moscow Sightseeing (optional, included on Silver Service). Discover the vibrant capital of Moscow on our guided sightseeing tour, introducing Novodevichy Convent, Red Square, the Kremlin and St. Basil's Cathedral. You can also visit the Kremlin or Armoury (optional). As the former residence of the Tsars, and today's Russian political nerve-centre, the Kremlin is an unrivalled architectural ensemble whilst, the Armoury, the treasury of the Russian Tsars, boasts a unique collection of gold and silver items including ten of the world-famous Faberge eggs. In the evening our 'Moscow by Night' tour (optional) covers the city's famous underground metro system. Decorated with chandeliers, marble, granite and coloured glass, the metro is strikingly beautiful. The highlight is the stunning view of Moscow's illuminated buildings, especially the splendid sight of St. Basil's Cathedral. B,D
- Day 8 - We have lunch in Tver, before continuing to Novgorod for a night's stay. B,L,D
- Day 9 - We enjoy a morning tour of Novgorod, then head to St. Petersburg for a three-night stay. B,D
- Day 10 - St. Petersburg Sightseeing (optional, included on Silver Service). This guided tour will introduce the famous landmarks, history and culture of the city. We'll see the magnificent Decembrist's Square, the Winter Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, and the Peter and Paul Fortress, which became a notorious prison for revolutionaries. St. Petersburg Ballet is classed as the birthplace of Russian classical ballet, and we can enjoy an evening at one of the famed St. Petersburg ballet theatres (optional). B,D
- Day 11 - Free time to explore St. Petersburg. Then, why not join a boat cruise (optional) along the Neva River, enabling us to see the Aurora Battleship, the Gulf of Finland and many other sights. The highlight of the evening is a traditional Russian show with dancing and singing. Included in the price is Russian sparkling wine, vodka, caviar and fresh fruit. B,D
- Day 12 - We visit the Finnish capital Helsinki (included), before catching an overnight cruise ferry to Stockholm in Sweden. B
- Day 13 - Stockholm (included). Enjoy a short introduction to the city, built on fourteen islands on the outflow of Lake Malaren, then travel across Sweden, and sail to Copenhagen in Denmark for two nights. B,D
- Day 14 - Copenhagen Sightseeing (optional). Copenhagen has many fascinating landmarks and architectural masterpieces. We see the Tivoli Gardens, home of the Danish crown jewels, the Rosenborg Palace, and Edvard Eriksen's 'Little Mermaid', famed for being the inspiration for Hans Christian Andersen's beautiful fairytale. B,D
- Day 15 - We continue to Rodbyhavn, then catch a ferry to Puttgarden in Germany. On the final leg of our journey home, we spend a night in Belgium. B
- Day 16 - We arrive in Calais, then return home. B
