- Day 1 -Express overnight journey to Tuscany.
- Day 2 - This afternoon, we arrive at our hotel in Montecatini for a five-night stay. D
- Day 3 - Lucca and Pisa (optional, included on Silver Service). Lucca is one of Italy's finest medieval towns and home to the Cathedral of San Martino and the Piazza Napoleone. We see the world-famous town of Pisa in the afternoon. B,D
- Day 4 - Siena (optional, included on Silver Service). The Gothic 'city of the blessed Virgins' is centred on the 'red' Piazza del Campo. We see the famous cathedral, the Sala del Pellegrinaio, and admire the view from the Facciatone, or 'big facade'. B,D
- Day 5 - Florence (included). The capital of Tuscany contributed much to the cultural development of Europe. Our fantastic guided sightseeing tour (optional) visits the Bargello Museum, the Duomo cathedral and the Piazza della Signoria. B,D
- Day 6 - Bologna (optional). Bologna offers the chance to rest and savour away from the normal tourist destinations of Florence and Pisa. Surrounded by hills, the city's centre is still much as it was during the Renaissance: dusky red-coloured buildings, wide piazzas and arched porticoes with floors laid with marble. A sightseeing tour (optional) is available. B,D
- Day 7 - There's free time in Montecatini, before commencing our express overnight journey home. B
- Day 8 - We journey to Calais, then return home.
