- Day 1 - We break up our journey with an overnight stay in northern France.
- Day 2 - We arrive at our hotel in the beautiful Lake Como area of the Italian Lakes. B
- Day 3 - Pisa (included). We visit Pisa en route to Montecatini for an overnight stay. The leaning tower is actually the cathedral's bell tower; the guided tour (optional) explores the tower's immediate location - Piazza dei Miracoli. B,D
- Day 4 - We continue to the Sorrento Peninsula area where we stay for seven nights. B,D
- Day 5 - Sorrento and Coastal Villages (included). Escorted by a local guide, we drive through valleys, mountains and terraces lined with orange and lemon trees, olive groves and vineyards, all descending to the sea. B,D
- Day 6 - Sorrento (included). Wander the narrow streets and harbour area, browsing the souvenir shops or relax with a traditional Italian pastry and cappucino. B,D
- Day 7 - Pompeii (optional). Learn about Pompeii's last days, its people and its eventual destruction by Vesuvius's eruption in 79AD. B,D
- Day 8 - Isle of Capri (optional). Sail across the Bay of Naples to magnificent Capri, a popular home to the rich and famous. Explore the island's spectacular cliff-top panoramas, with views of Vesuvius. B,D
- Day 9 - Amalfi Drive (optional, included on Silver Service). 'The most spectacular road in Europe' offers fabulous scenery. See the lovely cathedral and hillside town of Ravello, perched 350 metres above the sea. B,D
- Day 10 - Countryside Tour (optional). We visit a local cheese factory and see how mozzarella is made, during this tour around the mountains. B,D
- Day 11 - Rome (included) See the palaces and piazzas of the Roman Empire's former capital, while the optional guided sightseeing tour covers the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and Rome's greatest amphitheatre - the Colosseum. We continue to Chiaciano Terme for an overnight stay. B,D
- Day 12 - Vipiteno (included) Enjoy the history and tradition of the modern shopping haven of Vipiteno before heading to Austria for an overnight stay. B,D
- Day 13 - During our journey home, we spend a night in Belgium. B
- Day 14 - Journey to Calais then return home. B
