- Day 1 - We travel to our overnight hotel in northern France.
- Day 2 - We arrive in Lake Como for six nights.
- Day 3 - Lake Cruise - Villacarlotta & Balbianello (optional). The best way to appreciate the beauty of Lake Como is by taking to the water on a half-day cruise. You sail by private boat to Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello, two of the loveliest villas on the lake, with magnificent gardens. B,D
- Day 4 - Milan (included). Experience the world's most elegant shopping arcades, the Sforza Palace, the marvellous Gothic cathedral, the glittering La Scala Opera House, the church and cloister of Santa Maria della Grazie where Leonardo da Vinci's painting, the Last Supper, can be seen, and much much more. On our sightseeing tour (optional), discover the historical and artistic heart of Milan. The breathtaking Duomo is one of the world's largest, most striking gothic cathedrals, while Milan's art galleries, many housed in former palaces, are home to a host of significant works.Br
- Day 5 - Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands (included). We travel first to the opulent resort town of Stresa, from where a boat will take you across to the famous islands. The islands lie at the centre of the lake and are fine examples of natural beauty enhanced by landscaped gardens and parks. On Isola Bella visit the Palazzo Borromeo and its splendid gardens. B
- Day 6 - St. Moritz & Bernia Express (optional). Today we take you on an optional excursion to the worldfamous resort of St. Moritz. Tere'll be plenty of time to enjoy the sight of the great mountain peaks and the blue water lake just below the town. One of Europe's most spectacular train rides begins in St. Moritz and takes you across the lofty Bernina Pass via the Swiss Poschiavo area to Tirano in Italy. The Bernina Express crosses the highest railroad line of the Alps and is one of the steepest in the world not to use any cogwheels. In Tirano, we rejoin the coach for the journey back to the shores of Lake Como.B
- Day 7 - Como Market & Lugano Shopping (included). A chance to buy those all-important presents for the loved ones, with a full-day shopping experience. B
- Day 8 - We travel to our hotel in northern France for an overnight stay. B
- Day 9 - We journey to Calais, then return home.B
