Italian Dolomites Winter Wonderland

• Day 1 - We travel by coach overnight to Italy (Silver Service departures have an en route overnight stop in Belgium).
• Day 2 - Morning arrival in the Italian Dolomites for a five-night stay (evening arrival on Silver Service). D
• Day 3 - Merano (optional, included on Silver Service). Join us as we travel into the Dolomites, through beautiful castle-clad mountains, to the spa town of Merano, famous for the therapeutic properties of its waters. B,D
• Day 4 - Brenta Dolomites (optional). Boasting rugged scenery, jagged peaks and stunning lakes, the Brenta Dolomites are not to be missed. We spend time in the premier ski resort of Madonna di Campiglio, before visiting the holiday resort of Andalo. B,D
• Day 5 - Venice (included). Explore Venice's maze of bridges and canals, then admire the Bridge of Sighs, St. Mark's Square and the Doges' Palace. You may decide to take a Gondola Ride (optional), the ultimate way to view the enchanting city of Venice. Meander around the network of canals, past elegant palaces and ornate bridges. You can also join a Venice Lagoon Cruise (optional) where you will begin with a view over St. Mark's Square, before continuing past the Giudecca Island and the Lido, Venice's seaside resort plus Murano, the centre of the glassmaking industry since 1291. • Day 6 - Trento (optional, included on Silver Service). Sweeping mountains and undulating valleys lead us to Trento, the most attractive town in Trentino and home of the spectacular Piazza del Duomo, once used by the Romans as their forum. B,D
• Day 7 - We have free time in Fondo before departing for our overnight journey. (Silver Service departs after breakfast and includes an overnight stop in Belgium). B
• Day 8 - Continue to Calais then return home.
