Day 1 Jumping Crocodile Cruise, Kakadu
Depart Darwin and travel to the Adelaide River to join a
Jumping Crocodile Cruise. Watch for wildlife and see the agility of
the infamous saltwater crocodiles. We enter Kakadu National Park
and visit the Bowali Visitor Centre, learning about the wonders of
the park before heading to the ancient Aboriginal rock art sites at
Ubirr. Learn of the significance and meaning connected to these
X-ray style paintings. There is time this afternoon to take a
flight over the stunning Arnhem Land Escarpment (own
expense).
Stay: Kakadu National Park - Kakadu Lodge (Budget, shared
facilities), Aurora Kakadu (Standard), Gagudju Crocodile Holiday

Lunch
Day 2 Nourlangie Rock Art Sites, Warradjan
We visit the ancient art sites of Nourlangie Rock. Continue to
the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre before joining a guided
cruise on Yellow Water billabong.
Stay: Katherine - Knotts Crossing, Cabins (Budget), Motel
Rooms (Standard), Executive Rooms (First-Class).
Lunch
Day 3 Nitmiluk National Park, Katherine
Visit Nitmiluk National Park and join a guided cruise on
Katherine Gorge. Look out for wildlife as you enjoy the guide's
informative commentary. Visit beautiful Edith Falls for a swim in
the crystal-clear waters. Later, travel to Adelaide River before
returning to Darwin.
