Day 2 Wed. Wildlife Park, Freycinet National Park.
During lavender flowering season (Dec.-Jan.), visit Bridestowe
Lavender Farm. Continue to the East Coast Natureworld to see the
infamous Tasmanian Devil. In Freycinet National Park, we take a
naturalist-guided walk along Cape Tourville. Arrive at Freycinet
Lodge and relax in this award-winning resort.

Day 3 Thur. Tasman Peninsula, Port Arthur Historic Site,
Crayfeast.
Back on board your coach, traverse the Wielangta Forest Drive.
View the spectacular Tasman Peninsula before arriving at Port
Arthur Historic Site, and join a cruise on Mason Cove. Spend time
exploring the ruins. Later, savour a delicious crayfish dinner
(fresh seafood outside cray season).

Visit the bustling market and stroll through Salamanca Place.
This afternoon travel to the Huon Valley. Visit the Forest and
Heritage Centre and join a guided walk among the tree tops on the
Tahune AirWalk. Return to Hobart and ascend Mt Nelson for fabulous
views.

Coast
Follow the Derwent Valley to Mt Field National Park, where a
short walk brings us to stunning Russell Falls. Enter the
awe-inspiring forests of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage
Area to Lake St Clair.Then join the restored West Coast Wilderness
Railway and ride through the forest. Tonight, enjoy views over
Strahan's harbour while savouring a delicious meal.

Day 7 Mon. Dine Around Dinners™ World Heritage
Wilderness, Gordon River Cruise,
Explore Tasmania's breathtaking World Heritage wilderness.
Boarding the Lady Jane Franklin II, join a cruise along the Gordon
River with guaranteed window seating. This afternoon, explore the
picturesque town of Strahan, then dine at either View 42º or
at Hamer's Hotel. Later, you have the opportunity to see a local
play on the area's convict history (own expense).

Touring.
Journey to Cradle Mountain and with a local guide, travel to
Dove Lake. Visit the Cradle Mountain Information Centre to learn

afternoon tea before arriving at Smithton

Day 10 Thur. Sheffield Murals, Ashgrove Cheese Factory,
Woolmers
We head into Devonport and then continue on to Sheffield, the
town of murals. This afternoon, sample more of Tasmania's tasty
gourmet foods with a tour and tasting at Ashgrove Cheese Factory.
Later, take a fully guided tour of historic Woolmers Estate and
stroll through the National Rose Garden. Enjoy a free evening in
Launceston to explore the local cuisine.
