- Day 1 - Door-to-door departure and then we travel to Belgium for an overnight stay.
- Day 2 - We arrive in Niederau for a six-night stay. B,D
- Day 3 - Achensee and Ziller Valley (included). We explore the beautiful alpine surroundings of Lake Achensee before visiting the traditional alpine resort of Mayrhofen in the Ziller Valley, with its fashionable shops. B,D
- Day 4 - Salzburg (included). Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart and setting for 'The Sound of Music', offers lovely squares, medieval lanes, quaint cafés and gothic churches. The Getreidegasse is one of the most beautiful shopping streets in Austria. See the main sights on our optional guided tour, with a funicular ride to Hohensalzburg Castle for great city views. B,D
- Day 5 - Grossglockner Glacier (optional). We travel along the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse to the top of Austria's highest mountain, the Grossglockner, and view this impressive glacier from the Franz-Josef's-Heights viewing platform. Then there's some free time at the mountaineers' village of Heiligenblut to explore and shop. B,D
- Day 6 - Zell-am-See and Kitzbühel (included). Stroll along the lakeside promenade in Zell enjoying the beautiful mountain vistas. Later, see the walled old town in chic Kitzbühel or opt for a cable car ride up the mighty Hahnenkamm Mountain. B,D
- Day 7 - Innsbruck (optional with guided tour). The capital of the Tirol, shadowed by the Karwendel Mountains, offers great shopping along Maria Theresien Strasse. We see the Olympic Ski jump venue and admire the Rococo architecture in the Wilten Basilica, before a short walking tour where we will see Hofburg Palace, St. James Cathedral and the famous Golden Roof building (Entrance extra). - Day 8 - During our journey home, we spend a night in Belgium. B
- Day 9 - We journey to Calais then return home via our door-to-door service. B
