Airport TransfersGroup transfers on arrival at Copenhagen Airport will operate at 09.00, 12.00 and 15.30. Return transfers from the last hotel will arrive at Oslo Airport at 06.00 and 10.00. - London Gateways: Transfers can be expensive, particularly between the Airport and central London. When you book your tour with Trafalgar your transfers to and from the airport are included. It's that simple. Trafalgar has included a Free transfer to and from your airport and Central London.
- Important - Please Note: Passengers will only be entitled to transfers to and from London Airports providing the following conditions are met:
- You are staying at a London hotel, booked by Trafalgar, on the night of your arrival and the night prior to the date of your departure.
- Flights are either booked by Trafalgar or detailed information on flights is provided by your Travel Agent not less than 21 days prior to departure.
- Only one included transfer both inbound and outbound per tour is included by Trafalgar. Transfers are by express train to a Central London Rail Station.
- Heathrow Airport: Inbound transfers operate between 06.00-21.30. Outbound transfers are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 08.00-23.00. Transfers will be by coach. Gatwick Airport: Inbound transfers operate between 06.00-12.30. Outbound transfers are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 08.00-23.00. Transfers will be by express train and coach. Transfers outside these times will be at the passengers own expense.
- In the event of unforeseen events (road or rail works, demonstrations, strikes) Trafalgar will not be held responsible for delayed or cancelled transfers.
- No refund is available for passengers not utilising this service.
- Why not upgrade to a Hotelink transfer from the Airport to-the-door of your Trafalgar London hotel? (please ask Trafalgar or your travel agent of the additional upgrade price per person when booking)
- European Gateways: With Trafalgar all passengers will receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers on the scheduled arrival and departure day of their tour at the times specified below. Please ensure your Travel Agent reserves your flight to co-ordinate with the transfer times shown.
- Trafalgar Bonus - Passengers who book Trafalgar's Land+Air package and who arrive or depart outside of these specified times on the scheduled arrival and departure day of the tour will also be provided with a transfer.
- Passengers arriving before or leaving after the scheduled tour days are not entitled to a transfer but may book and purchase one through Trafalgar providing that they also purchase the additional pre and/or post tour hotel night(s) from Trafalgar. Please ask for prices of transfers at the time of booking your extra night accommodation.
- Land only passengers arriving or departing on the scheduled tour arrival or departure days but whose flights don't coincide with the listed transfer times below may also book and purchase these transfers. Flight details must be provided to Trafalgar not less than 21 days before the flight departure.

Your itinerary Map - Day 1 -Arrive Copenhagen (2 night) On arrival at Copenhagen airport you are met and transfered to your hotel. After check-in there's time to relax, unwind and perhaps explore Scandinavia's liveliest city. This evening, enjoy a typically scandinavian Welcome Dinner and drink with your Tour Director and travelling companions. (Welcome Dinner)
Hotel: Copenhagen Island (2 nights)
- Day 2 - Copenhagen sightseeing & at leisure Our morning sightseeing tour includes impressive highlights such as the Little Mermaid guarding the harbour - the statue inspired by Hans Christian Anderson's fairy tale. We will also enjoy a walking tour taking in the area around the Amalienborg Palace - an elegant quarter of 18th century buildings. Then we will walk through the historic centre seeing the 17th century Stock Exchange, the Christiansborg Palace, the Neo-Classical Cathedral and the 19th century Theatre Royal - former home of the Opera. Afterwards there's time at leisure to do as you please, perhaps visit the famous Tivoli Gardens amusement park. (Scandinavian Breakfast)
- Day 3 - Copenhagen - Stockholm (2) Today our journey takes us across the Oresund to Sweden. Then through meadows and forests to Gränna, at the head of Lake Vättern, and on to island-ringed Stockholm. Here the cobbled streets and medieval buildings of the Old Town contrast with today's ultra-modern city centre. Your evening is at leisure. (Scandinavian Breakfast)

- Day 4 - Stockholm sightseeing & at leisure The charms of this proud city are revealed on our morning sightseeing tour, highlighting the Royal Palace and a visit to the City Hall in its beautiful waterside location. Later with time at leisure, why not wander the narrow back streets of the Old Town and maybe visit the Cathedral? (Scandinavian Breakfast)
- Day 5 - Stockholm - Orebro - Hamar This morning our first stop will be at the medieval city of Orebro and then we drive along the shores of Lake Vänern. From here we continue through unspoiled Varmland and alongside the Glomma River, before a late afternoon arrival at our hotel in the pleasant surroundings of lakeside Hamar for the night. - Day 6 - Hamar - Lillehammer - Lom - Geiranger (2 night) we drive along the shores of Lake Mjøsa to the Olympic town of Lillehammer and through the Gudbrandsdal Valley. Next we stop to visit a traditional Stave Church at Lom before heading into the snow-clad mountains and breathtaking fjord scenery to Geiranger and our fjord-side hotel for two nights. - Day 7 - Geiranger at leisure You have a full day to enjoy and relax in this fjord gem, renowned for its beauty and unforgettable views. Later, perhaps consider an excursion to Trollstigen, ladder of the Trolls, or walk along marked trails through an incomparable landscape. (Scandinavian Breakfast / Dinner)
- Day 8 - Geiranger - Fjord Cruise - Sognefjord (Leikanger) This morning we see the Storfoss Falls, then have your cameras ready on our cruise along Geirangerfjord to Hellesylt, with views of the Seven Sisters Waterfalls. Next, we will travel past the resorts of Loen and Olden, viewing the imposing Bøya glacier, before reaching the 130-mile long Sognefjord. Tonight, we dine at our hotel in this scenic location. - Day 9 - Sognefjord (Leikanger) - Bergen This morning don't miss the opportunity of riding the Flam railway through some of the world's most spectacular scenery. We then head for Bergen, Norway's most cultural and naturally beautiful city. On arrival an orientation tour features its colourful harbour. (Scandinavian Breakfast)

- Day 10 - Bergen - Geilo After breakfast this morning, enjoy some time at leisure. From here our journey will take us east across Eidefjord via the Voringfoss waterfall - Norway's most admired. Then we continue across the bleak Hardangervidda to the resort of Geilo for the night. (Scandinavian Breakfast/ Dinner)

- Day 11 - Geilo - Oslo (2 night) Today's journey takes us through the narrow Hallingdal Valley to emerge among the Ringerike. Later, we wiill enjoy more beautiful scenery as we drive between the Steinsfjord and Tyrifjord to Oslo, Norway's capital, where we spend the next two nights. (Scandinavian Breakfast)

- Day 12 - Oslo sightseeing & at leisure Our guided sightseeing tour reveals the spacious square containing the Old Cathedral and the Royal Palace, before a visit to the Vigeland Sculpture Park. With time at leisure the Kon-Tiki raft, the Holmenkollen Olympic ski-jump or shopping for sweaters and silverware are some of the other tempting attractions. (Scandinavian Breakfast )
- Day 13 - Depart Oslo There's time to bid farewell to new-found friends as we are transfered to the airport for our return flight. (Scandinavian Breakfast)
